What is the Minimum Order Value?

Our Minimum Order value is £40 including free delivery, £20 for free local deliveries within 20 miles of Kirkby Malham.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery to mainland England, Wales and Southern & Central Scotland is included in the price you see, (Min spend £40 to qualify for free carriage), additional charges apply to some Scottish and offshore delivery addresses. Sorry but we cannot deliver outside the UK.

I would like to order a special cut or a different mixture of products in my box, can I do this?

Yes of course, just email or ring us for some advice or to discuss your requirements. Tel 01729-830727

How can I be sure the meat will stay fresh during delivery?

All our meat is delivered by next day courier and is packed in special insulated chiller boxes incorporating British Sheep’s Wool insulation with cool packs to ensure freshness and controlled temperature for up to 48 hours, our courier delivers next day before 4pm.

Can I have my meat box delivered at a certain time?

We cannot guarantee an exact time but you can request a specific date and we will contact you to confirm.

What if I am not going to be in on the day of delivery?

As all our produce is fresh we have to deliver once its out with the courier so please leave additional instructions with your order to leave with a neighbour or in your porch or garage for example.

Is the meat Organic?

No, but just because it’s not Organic doesn’t mean it’s not High Quality and Traditional Reared meat from Family Farms here in the Yorkshire Dales, we guarantee you will love the quality and taste.

Is it safe to pay by Credit Card on the internet?

Yes, we use SecureTrading the UK's leading independent Payment Service Provider, processing credit and debit card payments. All sensitive payment card information is encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software available and is sent to the bank for instant authorisation via the SecureTrading network of payment gateways. Transactions normally take a few seconds to be processed and at no time are your payment card details at risk from cyber criminals.

Can I setup a monthly delivery of my meat box?

Yes please contact us for further information and to confirm what you would like included in your meat box, and agree your regular delivery date, etc.
